Excellent ear wax removal service! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Booking online was a breeze, and the whole process was quick and easy, completely fixing my hearing loss! Plus, the service was great value for money. Highly recommend!

Visited yesterday and was greeted with friendly and helpful staff. The ear wax removal is something I have to have done regularly, but it has always been done with care and no pain. It’s also useful to have a reminder to have my ears checked for wax build up.

Appointment was easily made, waited only a few minutes, friendly staff, wax removed efficiently & with minimal discomfort, reasonable cost compared to other similar establishments. Will use them again.

I saw my GP on Monday as I had a sudden loss of hearing in my right ear, she recommended Express Hearing to me and I went along today. Having never had any issues with my hearing I was a bit nervous but the staff were so welcoming and lovely - I had no need to worry at all. My ear wax was removed quickly and painlessly and my hearing restored immediately.I would recommend Express Hearing to anyone and I will most certainly go back there with any hearing issues in the future. They are absolutely marvellous in my book xx

Was relieved to be able to book a same day appointment. Online booking was really easy. I was greeted by the receptionist (i'm sorry, I didn't ask your name) who was very friendly & welcoming. Was seen on time & received a professional service by Ben who was friendly & knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed in this establishment & would definitely recommend a friend.

Top job by Ben and his team. Easy booking system online, and I had an ear so full of nonsense I was listening to mono albums at maximum volume. within minutes, I was back in the stereo game. Thank you!

Attended on an appointment to have my left ear unblocked. This was my first visit. I was greeted by Caren the receptionist who soon put me at my ease. Ben who carried out the procedure checked my right ear and told me that it didn't need treatment. The procedure was all over in 15 minutes in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Caren, Ben and Archie the dog. 😊

As I needed both of my ears unblocking, after much research, I contacted Express Hearing. The receptionist was extremely helpful and answered all of my various questions efficiently and in a most friendly manner. I attended my appointment yesterday (29th Nov 21) and I received fantastic treatment by Ben, the audiologist. His customer care was first class and the procedure was effectively carried out with great care. The suction method proved to be far superior to the usual ear syringing at the doctors. Any future ear or hearing problems that I may experience, I will not hesitate to make an appointment to consult Ben, the business owner. I can highly recommend Ben at Express hearing.

This business is fantastic! They fitted me in the same day- as I had lost the hearing in my left ear- Caren- the receptionist was extremely welcoming- there was a gorgeous dog there too that said hello.The man that treated me was named Ben - he was fantastic ! 10 minutes later or so - my hearing was returned!!! Brilliant service and excellent customer service !! Thank you!! I cannot thank you or recommend you enough ! 5 Stars from me😀

Ben couldn’t be anymore helpful to me when I had a problem with my ear! He knew exactly how to treat my problem when no one else could. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic and I can’t praise Ben and the team enough.

My wife had a sudden hearing loss starting in March. Possible wax build-up? The GP's suggestion of using warm olive oil was ineffective but we were told due to Covid-19 she couldn't be seen at the surgery.
